Soul Conexión is an Afro-Latin social dance weekender for people who believe the best part of dance happens on the social floor. For three days in Pondicherry, dancers from across India and beyond come together for workshops, practice sessions, DJs, socials, poolside afternoons and late-night dancing. No competition. No hierarchy. Just music, movement and people who love to dance.

We're finalising a beachside resort in Pondicherry with a pool, three workshop halls and a proper social floor. Venue, accommodation options, prices and directions from Chennai airport will appear here once confirmed.
Founded by Snigdha Ramdorai (DJ Snig), an Afro-Latin DJ and social dancer who has been behind the decks since 2018 and lives in Kizomba, Salsa, Bachata, Zouk, Afrobeats and Tamil Afro-Latin mixes. She built Soul Conexión to be the social-dance weekend she wanted to attend herself, and it's a space that belongs to the community, not to any one name.
A great floor depends on everyone. These apply to all guests, artists and staff.
Ask before a dance. Respect a "no" straight away. A past yes isn't a yes for the next dance.
Respect physical and personal limits. Never force a hold or a move.
Bring deodorant, a towel and a change of clothes.
Be kind to dancers, artists, DJs, staff and venue teams. Harassment, unwanted touching and discrimination will not be tolerated.
No illegal drugs. Drink responsibly, and alcohol is never an excuse.
Photograph and film with consent. Respect people's privacy.
Watch your surroundings, avoid big moves in crowds, and apologise for collisions. The floor belongs to everyone.
